We have taken a famous learning and development model called ADDIE and transformed it into a church development model we call ADDIE+1: Analysis: During this phase, you examine the structure and health of your church/culture or specific ministries. Design: During this process, you create a blueprint for the foundation of your church or specific ministries (Mission, Values, Vision, and Discipleship Plan). Development: Once the Analysis and Design Phase is complete, you then develop the right programs, staff plan, leadership development plan, along with the budget, communication, and marketing ideas. Implement: Are you ready for take-off? Once you complete the first three phases of the process the plan should be ready to launch! Evaluation: Goals and metrics will be established throughout the process and we will constantly monitor those.
