Consulting Process

We have taken the training model ADDIE and transformed it into a church development model. We will structure this process in a way that fits your context and needs. We can also use this model for any of your specific ministries.

Analysis

During this phase we examine the structure and health of your church/culture, or specific ministries. We will use assessment tools that work best for the needs of your church or program.

Examples of things we do during this stage are:

S.W.O.T. Analysis - Focus Groups - Surveys - Interviews -Staff Assessments- Job Description Reviews - Community Check - Values Evaluation - Spiritual Growth Assessment of the Congregation

Design (Blueprint)

We use the Analysis as a springboard to Design your:

Biblical Mission - Why does your church or ministry exist? Who are you trying to reach?

Vision - Often what a church needs is a fresh vision! This will not be another short statement but will come in the form of a detailed vision script that will help define the desired future outcomes for your church or program.

Assimilation/Discipleship Plan - We help you come up with a clear process for answering the questions like, “What do you want your people to become?” “How are you going to get them there?” “What is a ‘Win’ for your church and for each of your programs?”

Values - These are the fundamental beliefs of your team and staff that dictate how your church and people behave. This is about discovering the identity of your church and values help you determine if you are on the right path for accomplishing your mission and vision.

Our in-depth values review includes assessing your:

  • Core Values

  • Aspirational Values

  • Accidental Values

Development

Once the Analysis and Design Phase are complete we will help you develop the right programs, volunteer and leadership development plan, and staff plan, along with the budget, communication (internal and external) and marketing ideas.

Implementation

Are you ready for take-off? Once you complete the first three phases of the process the plan should be ready to launch!  We will set launch date goals.

Evaluation

Goals and metrics will be established throughout the process and we will constantly monitor those. We will also reevaluate at different times after implementation.

+1/Coaching

Our coaching goal is to help you develop strong leaders and healthy teams that are aligned, focused and motivated. Coaching happens throughout the process because strong leadership is needed to execute the overall plan.
